Toner Cartridges

Warranty:

Ganson Engineering warrants each toner/drum cartridge to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.

 

Inkjet cartridges are guaranteed for three months from the date of purchase.


Copier Supplies are guaranteed for three months from the date of purchase.

 

If any Ganson Engineering cartridge is found to be defective within the warranty period, Ganson Engineering will replace the cartridge.

 

This warranty is the only warranty either express or implied. Ganson Engineering's liability in connection with this transaction is expressly limited to the repair of the damaged printer or copier.

Performance Guarantee:

Ganson Engineering also guarantees that, subject to conditions stated below and under normal use, our cartridges will not cause damage, abnormal wear, or deterioration to any compatible printers or copiers.

 

If damage is due solely to a malfunction of a Ganson Engineering cartridge, Ganson Engineering will dispatch a technician to repair the printer or copier, and the cartridge will be replaced.

 

If the problem is not the result of malfunction of a Ganson Engineering cartridge, customer is responsible for the full amount of repair to the printer or copier. In the instance where a Ganson Engineering cartridge does not cause a malfunction to the printer, Customer herby authorizes Ganson Engineering to charge customer’s credit card for the amount of the repair.

Return Policy:

Return of the defective cartridge is required. Customer must receive a Returned Material Authorization (RMA) from Ganson Engineering in order to return the defective cartridge.

 

Any sign of tampering with the cartridge by non-Ganson Engineering personnel will void this return policy.

 

If the cartridge is found to not be defective, customer gives Ganson Engineering the authority to charge the Customer’s credit card for the entire cost to replace the cartridge.

 

Customer may choose:

1.        Return the defective cartridge to Ganson Engineering. Ganson Engineering will replace the defective cartridge with a like kind cartridge upon receipt of the defective cartridge. 

2.         Request an exchange cartridge before Ganson Engineering receives the defective cartridge. Ganson Engineering will send a replacement cartridge to the Customer. If Ganson Engineering does not receive the defective cartridge within 10 days of sending replacement cartridge, Customer gives Ganson Engineering the authority to charge Customer’s credit card for the entire cost of the replacement cartridge.

3.        Customer may elect to receive store credit from Ganson Engineering. Upon receipt of the defective cartridge, Ganson Engineering will issue store credit to the customer

 

 

 

Incorrect Orders

Cartridges that were ordered incorrectly will be accepted for return at the sole discretion of Ganson Engineering.

 

If incorrectly ordered cartridges are accepted for return, Ganson Engineering reserves the right to:

1)       Refund customer minus a 25% restocking fee plus shipping fees or

2)       Give in-store credit toward future orders.

 

Governing Law:

This agreement shall be deemed to be made under, and shall be construed in accordance with and shall be governed by, the laws of the State of Arizona. Suit to enforce any provision of this Agreement or to obtain any remedy with respect hereto must be brought in Maricopa County, Arizona, and each party hereto expressly and irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of the Superior Court of Maricopa County, State of Arizona; or, if both parties agree to binding arbitration through an alternative method of dispute resolution in Maricopa County, Arizona.

 

Finance Charges, Attorneys Fees and Taxes:

In addition to all other legal rights and remedies, a finance charge computed at a periodic rate of 1.5% per month (18% Annual Percentage rate) will be applied to all past due accounts. If either party with respect to its rights brings any action under this agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to reasonable attorney’s fees and costs. In addition to the agreement price, CLIENT shall reimburse ACCRAM for any present or future sales, use, excise, value‑added or other similar tax applicable to the agreement or ACCRAM invoice. CLIENT shall provide ACCRAM tax‑exemption evidence if claiming tax exempt status
